Dear Partner/Co-supplier
Over the past 12 months we have communicated one to one with you on our intentions to market our products and services.
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new dynamic website that is the first of many steps to communicate our efforts to add value throughout the channel.
The new itwthermalfilms website continues to be a crucial source for all our product specifications, regulatory documentation and most important our latest news. The aim of our strategy is for us to carry out the research in developing existing and new markets in thermal transfer products. The results of our research will be published in our news section and will allow our partners/co-suppliers to take these solutions to new market opportunities.

For our strategic partners and co-suppliers throughout Europe who have partnered our efforts over the past 12 months we have developed a web portal that will allow you access to a detailed media combination database.
The objective of the sales tool allows you to speed up the sales process on specifying the solution and reduces the cost to your business and your partner of having to test a number of label and ribbon combinations to meet the application.
If you are not a partner you can still access this data by calling any one of our European facilities spread out across Europe, where our friendly customer service department will talk you through your requirements.

In the next 7 days we will be updating the 'ITW Extreme Solutions Search Engine' with material test data from high performance self adhesive material manufacturer 3M and high performance tag material manufacturer Valeron.
